The second weekend in September, the Pursuit of Excellence holds its annual team building weekend. This is a time when players from around the world get together to relax and enjoy each for the very first time. It is also a time for the coaches to get to know and build relationships with the players. A substantial part of the weekend is spent in small groups participating in team building activities. The Program rules, objectives, discipline, and the importance of being a team both on and off the ice, are discussed.
